Here You Can Specialize

HR Consulting

As part of the HR Consulting team, you realize innovative transformation and digitalization projects. You can specialize in the implementation of cloud-based HR or travel management solutions, either in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Concur. Additionally, you can support our clients in their HR/IT Strategy, HR Transformation, and Change Management projects.

HR Technology

As a member of the HR Technology team, your focus is on development and consulting services. You specialize in areas such as cloud development, integrations, or product development. You will become an integral part of an outstanding team. Together, we deliver significant, customized projects for our clients and achieve remarkable results.

Internal Services

As part of the Internal Services team, you will work "behind the scenes" to ensure that our consulting business runs smoothly, making you an essential part of the p78 family. Possible entry areas include: Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance/Controlling, and Back Office.
