You are responsible for the rollout of existing p78 products at customers in the
(inter)national environment - from hidden champions to global players
You take on product responsibility and, as a release manager, are responsible for identifying our customers' requirements and ensuring the continuous development and optimization of our products
You manage integration projects and use your technical understanding to ensure that third-party systems are integrated smoothly into SAP SuccessFactors
An individual development plan as well as internal & external training will deepen your knowledge of the relevant cloud systems and the latest technologies

What you can look forward to

You will act as the first point of contact and expert for all questions relating to system architecture in the context of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors in groundbreaking (inter)national projects
As a competent expert, you will take over the architecture of HCM landscapes and take HR business to a new level together with us
You design integration scenarios for hybrid systems for the digitalization and automation of HR processes
You will independently carry out requirements analyses, develop IT solution concepts and support us in making our customers fit for the future in the long term

...you bring in-depth professional experience in the architecture of SAP landscapes, ideally SAP HCM / SuccessFactors landscapes
…you have already gained experience in setting up systems and in the area of integration
