At p78, we measure our success not only in numbers but also by how we fulfill our responsibility to the environment and society. We understand social responsibility as caring for our fellow humans and our planet—and above all, being committed to it.
We are grateful for our privileges and, throughout the year, we undertake social and ecological initiatives with strong partners to make the world a better place.
For us, it is a priority to maintain the Earth as a stable ecosystem. Therefore, we are committed to the sustainable use of natural resources. We use green electricity, prefer sustainable, regional suppliers, and offer company bikes as a sustainable alternative to company cars.
Our social initiatives include blood donation campaigns, Social Days where our employees engage in charitable projects, and the Girls'Day, which promotes girls and young women in technical professions. Additionally, we support non-profit organizations through monetary and in-kind donations, such as laptop donations. Our diversity network “WoMen”, operated jointly with our parent company cbs, which promotes diversity in the workplace, is an important part of our social responsibility and supports our commitment as a signatory of the Diversity Charter to create an inclusive work environment.
