Our Management
The p78 Management Board brings together both the founders and long-standing managing directors and executives in the company. Together they determine the strategic direction of the company. They have overall responsibility for the coordination and further development of the entire p78 HR expert team. With their comprehensive expertise and commitment, they ensure that p78 operates successfully on the market as an innovative and future-oriented company and offers our clients first-class HR solutions.
Vita
Michael Scheffler has been a member of the management board of p78 since 2008. In this role, he advises companies on the design and implementation of HR-related SAP solutions. With 25+ years of professional experience as a manager, project manager and SAP HCM consultant, he has outstanding knowledge of the SAP and IT industry. This is why he also writes as an SAP expert for COMPUTERWOCHE about the possibilities of the standard software with a focus on HR digitization and talent management. As a podcaster, he produces and moderates the “HR/IT Talk” format.
Area of responsibility and professional focus
As Managing Director, Michael Scheffler is responsible for Sales and Marketing and continues to be actively involved in the SAP HR project business.
His technical focus is on SAP talent management and the digitalization and automation of HR processes. Due to his many years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of various components of the SAP ERP HCM on-premise solution and the successor solution SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4). This applies in particular to SAP Organizational Management (OM), SAP Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and the SAP Processes and Forms (P&F) toolset. In addition, he is an expert for the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with a focus on the SAP Build product family and thus for SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Build Work Zone or SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone.

Dirk Jäckel joined the Management Board of p78 at the beginning of 2011 and has since supported numerous customers with the technical implementation of individual solutions in the SAP HR environment. The business IT graduate knows from years of experience when it is worthwhile for IT companies to discover new technology fields in the HR sector.
Area of responsibility and professional focus
As Managing Director, Dirk Jäckel is responsible for the Finance & Controlling division as well as the HR Technology division and thus for p78's development services, the identification of future digital trends and the testing of new SAP technologies.
Dirk Jäckel specializes in SAP self-services (ESS/MSS) and portals such as the Fiori Launchpad (FLP). He has extensive experience in developing apps and improving the user experience (UX), as well as implementing efficient workflows. His expertise also extends to technology consulting and the optimal use of SAP infrastructures. His work also focuses on modern technologies such as serverless computing and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, particularly those based on the SAP Business Technology Platform. This expertise enables him to develop customized solutions for different business requirements, always taking into account the latest technological trends and best practices.

Matthias Grün has been a member of the p78 Management Board since 2012. With more than 18 years of SAP experience, the graduate in business informatics and Master of Business Administration is a specialist in the fields of HR cloud and talent management. In his consulting work at the interface between HR and IT, he supports companies of all sizes in the implementation of their SAP SuccessFactors and SAP talent management projects. He is your direct contact from the conception and implementation through to the rollout of individual solutions.
Area of responsibility and professional focus
As CEO, he is responsible for internal company management at p78 and bears the main responsibility for the future strategic direction of the consulting company as well as for the development of new business areas. He is also responsible for the operational consulting business.
With his extensive experience and expertise in the definition of HR processes and their mapping in IT systems, Matthias Grün pursues the goal of successfully integrating holistic HR processes into his clients' day-to-day business.
Vita
Anton Novac has been part of p78 since October 2018. With a degree in Tourism and Travel Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms, he has been building up SAP know-how and experience in consulting since 2009. At SAP, he worked in product management for travel management software and also wrote his thesis on “Optimization options for travel management processes” at the Walldorf-based software manufacturer. He continues to specialize in travel management and the corresponding SAP-based IT systems, for which he is your direct contact.
Area of responsibility and professional focus
As Managing Consultant and General Manager with extensive international knowledge, Anton Novac is responsible for the expansion of projekt0708 into Spain with the branch office in Barcelona.
As part of his technical specialization, he advises his customers on travel & expense management solutions from SAP Concur, SAP on-premise systems and the integration of SAP systems and interfaces. He supports customers ranging from large corporations to SMEs in various roll-out projects and has already rolled out SAP Concur in over 50 countries.

Since 2018, Stefanie Sehm has been a member of the Management Board at p78. With over 15 years of experience in development and consulting, Stefanie, a computer science graduate, is highly qualified for her consulting work in the SAP HR space. Her expertise in Application and Project Management makes her the ideal contact for customer projects of any size. She manages projects as a project leader with deep technical expertise and a comprehensive, holistic view, also acting as a consultant in the design and implementation phases.
Area of responsibility and professional focus
At p78, Stefanie Sehm not only leads the HR Technology division, but since 2023, she has also held the role of Director for the entire HR & Services division. Within the HR Technology division, her focus lies on technology consulting, technical design, requirements management, as well as custom development and enhancements around SAP technologies. These bespoke developments are built on SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Azure, and SAP BTP, and are tailored to meet the unique needs of each company in every project.
Another key area of her expertise is the integration of hybrid system landscapes, where on-premise SAP solutions, cloud-based SAP systems, and non-SAP HR tools are seamlessly connected to ensure smooth global HR/IT processes. Stefanie also supports her clients in large-scale international projects, helping to develop future-oriented HR/IT roadmaps, design HR/IT architectures, and create well-thought-out integration strategies.

Christoph Grünberg has been with p78 since November 2017. With his MBA in Business Administration and his previous role as an SAP key user and SAP team leader, he has extensive experience. At p78, he continued to develop his specialization in HR strategy and transformation consulting.
At the beginning of 2021, he took over the position of Director HR Transformation. He has been a member of the Management Board since the beginning of last year and in his current role acts as Division Lead HR Consulting.
Area of responsibility and professional focus
Christoph Grünberg is head of the HR consulting division at p78, which includes HR consulting, transformation consulting and the implementation of HR system landscapes. He is passionately committed to the digitalization and redesign of modern working environments. His main focus is on the transformation of HR landscapes and processes, including HR digitalization, HR strategy, HR organization and the future of work.
He initiates and supports client projects in the HR/IT environment, placing particular emphasis on seamless and consistent implementation that is in line with the overarching HR strategy and roadmap. Christoph Grünberg recognizes the potential of digitalization and sees HR tech as a key driver of transformation.
