Classic vs. agile approach
Traditional project management relies on a structured, plan-based approach, where projects are executed in clearly defined phases from planning to implementation. This approach is particularly suitable when project requirements are clear from the outset and are not expected to change. In contrast, agile project management emphasizes flexibility and rapid adjustments by organizing projects into short, iterative cycles, allowing for quick responses to changes and continuous feedback.
Neither classic nor agile project management can fully address all the requirements and challenges of a project on their own. Therefore, we primarily adopt a hybrid methodology based on Scrum and SAP Activate, which combines the strengths of both approaches and is tailored to your specific project needs to ensure maximum efficiency and project success.
