The evaluation in this year’s survey was based on five categories:
- Support and integration in the workplace, which also assessed the qualification and dedication of trainers.
- Learning in the workplace, evaluating training plans, progress monitoring, and teaching methods.
- Training marketing, examining strategies and budgets for reaching potential candidates.
- Digitalization and innovation, focusing on the use of digital media and the development of technical competencies.
- Success prospects for trainees, including retention rates, salaries during and after training, and career and advancement opportunities.
With dual study programs in software development, consulting, and internal services, as well as an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in the field of application development, p78 is committed to providing hands-on and future-oriented training. Positions are available for the 2025 intake for both dual study and apprenticeship programs.
