projekt0708 GmbH has successfully launched its new career portal. With this relaunch, the company not only creates a more modern application experience for potential candidates but also consistently applies its own expertise within its organization.
At the core of the new career portal is the combination of automation, user-friendliness, accessibility, and brand-compliant design.
“We didn’t want an off-the-shelf career site, but rather a solution that is technologically sound while also delivering a compelling user experience. A key element of the new career portal is the content and visual enhancement of job postings. The standardized job postings provided by SmartRecruiters were revised by p78’s internal experts and adapted to the company’s own design. As a result, the new job ads offer much more than simple position descriptions: they combine clear information with an appealing layout, provide transparency at a glance regarding conditions and responsibilities, and effectively highlight the benefits of each position. The result is a modern, consistent, and easy-to-understand user experience for applicants.
With the job search developed by p78, candidates can quickly and efficiently find suitable positions. Intelligent filters and multi-brand capability ensure a brand-compliant, international user experience that integrates seamlessly into existing content management systems. This creates a flexible, modern job search solution that optimally combines technology, design, and candidate experience.

For us, this is an important step in employer branding and in attracting new talent.”
Technically, the new career portal is based on “CareerStudio,” developed by p78, which connects SmartRecruiters with the headless CMS Storyblok. The platform enables flexible, brand-compliant design of career pages, intuitive content management by HR teams, and seamless integration into the existing website. This creates a consistent user experience from the first interaction to the application—with maximum creative freedom. The next steps are already planned: for example, the WhatsApp integration natively supported by SmartRecruiters is expected to be implemented for p78 in the near future.
SmartRecruiters has been part of SAP since 2025. Since January 2026, p78 has also been an official implementation partner for SmartRecruiters. With the new career portal, p78 now brings this partnership and its expertise into practice—demonstrating how modern career sites can be holistically designed across technology, content, and processes.
The new platform is therefore not only an important step for p78’s own recruiting but also a concrete use case for solutions that the company plans to implement more extensively together with clients in the future.
