What is the SAP Task Center?
SAP Task Center is the modern successor to the SAP Fiori Inbox. It provides a single, centralized place where users can access all their tasks from across the organization. This includes workflow items from both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Thanks to integration with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP HCM and H4S4-based employee and manager self-services, as well as third-party applications, employees can easily view and complete their tasks in one clear and consistent interface.
SAP Task Center is deployed through SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), which ensures flexible setup and smooth integration into existing IT environments.

There are also integration options for Microsoft Teams, allowing users to view and complete tasks directly within their Teams environment.
